Since 2019 | Vesterbro, Copenhagen
It started with one long bar, two people and a list of growers we wanted to pour.

The people
Two people, one long bar
A sommelier and a chef who met behind someone else’s bar and decided to build their own.

Ida Morch
Sommelier | Co-founder
Spent ten years pouring in other people's bars before opening her own. Buys almost every bottle on the list herself, usually after a visit to the vineyard.
What we believe
Three rules, no exceptions
Wines made with as little added as possible: native yeasts, little or no sulphur, nothing to hide.
Growers who farm their own land and make a few thousand bottles a year, often fewer.
A short menu that follows the market and the wine list, never the other way round.
