Wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, crunchy and softly fizzy.
Made by the Lupo siblings from Lambrusco di Sorbara grown on sandy soils north of Modena. The wine finishes its fermentation in the bottle, which gives it a gentle sparkle and a little sediment. Bright, dry and easy to love. The bottle we open first on a busy night.
